Definitions

• “Service” means the Nimraya website, progressive web app, and any mobile apps or related features.
• “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Seleucia Pieria Ltd., based in Türkiye.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Service.

Eligibility and age

You may only use the Service if you meet the digital-consent age in your country or region (typically 16 or 18). By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Payments and refunds

• Certain features (including Pro features) are offered as one-time purchases. Access is granted upon successful payment.
• Payments are processed by Iyzico (or a similar payment provider). We do not collect or store full card numbers.
• All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the payment provider’s rules.
• We may retain purchase records to manage access, prevent duplicate purchases, and comply with accounting and legal requirements.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not use the Service to create or disseminate hateful or violent content.
• Do not attempt to hack, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service or its components.
• Do not treat outputs as professional medical, legal, or financial advice; do not rely on them as such.
• Do not impersonate others or engage in fraud or identity deception.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or automate bulk access to the Service without written permission.

AI and content disclaimer

The Service produces AI-generated interpretations intended for reflective and symbolic use only. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some contexts. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions arising from any content you access through the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including service interruptions, errors, or third-party failures.

Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe the user does not meet the legal age requirement in their region.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.
• We may take action where required by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice of suspension or termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
